National Library allows 5year olds access

The National Library has allowed access to 5 year old homeschooled children (previously the age limit was 6yrs). Our thanks to the Library, and thanks to CHE member Lennie who approached them with this issue. A copy of the birth certificate is required and a copy of an exemption when the child turns 6 years old.
