    There is no group that I know about. I made some enquiries and if you contact Barbara barbara@hef.org.nz she knows of some new home educators in Gisborne that she can put in contact with. Perhaps you can form a little group?

    I hadn’t seen this page – well done. I’ve recently had an e-mail from another group (not HE related) where a little group I’m part of is listed. They’ve obviously got this sort of function automated – that e-mail told me that if I didn’t renew the listing, it would be removed from publication (i.e. made invisible – so it could easily be added again if needed). This is a world wide site – but I know from my days, keeping the info up to date was a nightmare. This gets around the problem well – and might be the sort of thing that could be useful – taking the human element out of it.

    Just a thought that might be useful – if you have someone who could set that up.
